About

Emmevugi is the acronym that represents my first and last name. I am the creative mind behind this culinary reality born in 2021 in Florence. Growing up in this city with deep culinary roots, I was fortunate to be surrounded by the culinary influences of my mother, a source of inspiration and teacher in my education. Thanks to her, I not only learned the basics of cooking, but also developed an aesthetic sense for the table and assimilated the rules of Italian etiquette.

My culinary journey has been a journey through my grandmothers’ traditions, my mom’s innovation and a personal contemporary twist. Every dish I create and every setup I create reflects this unique fusion of past and present, tradition and modernity. In addition, I enriched my knowledge by attending a course at the renowned Cordon Bleu Culinary University, thus integrating my passion for culinary tradition with the latest trends and innovative techniques.

My passion for cooking is not limited only to the Italian tradition; I love to explore and experiment with different cuisines of the world. In particular, I am passionate about oriental cuisine, which ranges from the sophistication of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, the vibrancy of Thai flavors, the aromaticity of Indian cuisine, and the richness of spices in Moroccan cuisine.

In my approach to cooking, I try to keep the memory of family roots alive, while enthusiastically embracing trends and evolutions in the contemporary culinary world. The goal remains the same: to bring to your home the experience of fine dining, enriched by a rich history and a touch of modern creativity.

The set-up includes not only the plates and cutlery, but also a combination of visual, olfactory, and tactile elements that enrich the dining experience. Carefully chosen fresh flowers add a touch of color and freshness, while candles help create a cozy and elegant atmosphere.

We take care of every detail to make sure each table is a complete work of art. The arrangement of the dishes, the table decor, and even the choice of music create a unique and memorable atmosphere for our guests. We take care of everything, so you can relax and fully enjoy the dining experience.
